My name is Sam, a general builder who is happy to take on small or large jobs, from in-built storage options and minor plumbing repairs to extensions and new-build houses. I can advise and organise planning consultants/architects and liaise with other trades and building control whilst actively working on site.
With a background in art and design I am also comfortable giving input with regards to aesthetics or working with interior designers. For larger jobs I encourage the use of JCT contracts to put clients' minds at ease that what is stated in a quote is what they will get.
I also speak plainly (no builder jargon) so the process is fully understood at all times.
